Pat began his career in 2006 as a well tester in the Cotton Valley field in East Texas/North Louisiana and Marcellus Shale in Southwest Pennsylvania. He joined Weatherford International in 2010 via acquisition and held several leadership roles in the Testing & Production Services Business Unit, ranging from Region Business Unit Manager to Global Asset & Service Excellence Manager, before joining the Covenant team in 2016. Pat has a BS in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University.
