James has spent the past 15 years leading Driving Safety initiatives in the oil and gas industry for Halliburton, National Oilwell Varco, and now Covenant. His experience in Driving Safety, Transportation Compliance, and Safe Driving Committees has allowed him to successfully implement and manage over 15,000 vehicles and the associated in-vehicle monitoring systems of large fleets. Prior to his oil and gas career, James was a soldier in the US Army where he spent 23 years before retiring from active service.
