Charles joined Covenant in August of 2022. Prior to joining Covenant, he served as the CFO and COO of Metalogic Inspection Services Inc. Charles has spent the majority of his career in the middle market industrial sector holding various CEO and CFO positions. As a CPA, CA, Charles started his career working for the “Big 4” with positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, where he audited public and private companies across a wide variety of industries. Charles received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Lethbridge and subsequently his MBA from Cornell University.
