Frac Stack
Covenant supplies and services temporary frac stacks in place of the production well head during pressure pumping operations. We provide an array of sizing and pressure ratings based on need, with specialty trained personnel to ensure quality and reliability.
Hydraulics
For hydraulic pressure control operations, Covenant provides various chokes, valves, plug catchers, and command centers all operated by highly experienced personnel to ensure consistent, safely executed, high pressure flow.
Drill Out
Covenant personnel attentively monitor and clear debris throughout this phase of flow. In addition to the standard pipe and manifold package, Covenant provides plug catchers and sand knock outs based on the configuration and need of the frac. Plug catchers come in dual leg configurations, allowing flow to be switched from one leg to the other for various mill out processes, thus providing continuous, uninterrupted flow of the well. A bypass line runs down the center of the catcher if needed.
Half Kits
The unique demands of each well necessitate a different equipment configuration. From frac to production, Covenant can provide a “half kit” which generally consists of trained personnel, manifold, pipe package with the additional option of a sand knockout or other equipment as needed.
Full Kits
To ensure optimum compliance with regulatory guidelines and environmental concerns, Covenant provides a “full kit” which generally consists of trained personnel, manifold, sand knockout, pipe package, separator, and flare with the additional option of low pressure secondary separation, line heaters, and other equipment as needed.
Rentals
For periodic equipment needs, Covenant can rent any individual piece of equipment to augment and protect your existing capital investment.
Personnel
For operations without equipment needs, Covenant can provide generally or specialty trained personnel for any stage of flow, inclusive of production facility management, pumpers, roustabouts, LDAR technicians, among other needs.
